This page explains how to request deletion of any personal data held by Ivan Guaderrama Art Gallery in connection with the Ivan Guaderrama Art APP.

What data we hold

The App does not create user accounts. The only personal data we may hold is what you gave us if you chose to subscribe to our newsletter, plus an anonymous identifier if you accepted push notifications:

Email address Only if you subscribed to the newsletter
Name Only if you subscribed and chose to provide it
Push token Only if you accepted notifications. An anonymous identifier that lets a message reach your device. It does not identify you personally

We do not hold your photos, your videos, your camera images, your location, or any usage profile. Photos and videos you create with the App stay on your own device and are never uploaded to us.

If you never subscribed to the newsletter and never accepted notifications, we hold no data about you, and there is nothing to delete.

The fastest ways, without contacting us

To stop emails: every email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes your address from our mailing list immediately.

To stop notifications and delete your push token: turn off notifications for the App in your phone’s Settings → Apps → Ivan Guaderrama Art APP → Notifications. The token is deleted automatically. Uninstalling the App does the same thing.

For most people, these two steps are all that is needed.

Request full deletion

To have your data permanently erased from our records, submit the form below.

Please provide:

  1. The email address you subscribed with — we need this to find your record
  2. Confirmation of what you want deleted — all data, or just the newsletter subscription
  3. (Optional) Any additional detail that helps us locate your record

    Or write to us directly: info@ivanguaderrama.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

    What happens next

    1. We confirm receipt of your request.
    2. We locate and delete your record from our mailing list and from our email provider, Acumbamail.
    3. We confirm in writing once the deletion is complete.

    We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

    A note about push tokens: a push token is not linked to your name or email, so we cannot find it from a deletion request. Turning off notifications on your phone, or uninstalling the App, deletes it — and that is the only way to remove it.

    What deletion means

    • Your email address and name are permanently removed from our mailing list and from Acumbamail’s systems.
    • You will stop receiving any email from us.
    • The deletion cannot be undone. If you want to receive our updates again later, you will need to subscribe again.

    Content cached by the App on your phone (artwork models, videos, images) is stored only on your device. You can remove it yourself at any time using the CLEAN option in the App’s menu, or by uninstalling the App.
